How the fixtures are matched
Promoted clubs replace relegated clubs in order: their previous Championship league position against 18th, 19th and 20th in the Premier League. Playoff games do not affect that order. The replacement applies to both sides of a fixture, preserving the venue. For promoted clubs, their whole comparison uses the replaced club’s 2025/26 record.
These are actual points won, before league deductions, not a forecast or a comparison after the same number of gameweeks. Only completed matches are included.
